What We Do
-

Serving In the 21st Century
“Serving in the 21st Century” education sessions have, for over a decade, assisted officers and community members to connect with one shared goal as their North Star: protecting life. During these sessions, law enforcement and community members engage in open, honest, raw, and often emotional conversations about the issues that are impacting them, and most importantly, the solutions to those issues.

Traffic Stop Safety
The goal of our “Traffic Stop Safety” program is to help ensure that drivers – and law enforcement - get through traffic stops as safely as possible. By teaching the importance of approaching their traffic encounters with law enforcement with knowledge and heightened awareness, we can help to ensure that what is for many the first (and only) encounter with law enforcement doesn’t end in a traumatic event.

Educating Student-Athletes for Unity & ACTION
Our student-athlete focused program engages the next generation of leaders in proactive discussions and skills-building centered around areas of justice, relationship-building and goal attainment. It provides principles and tips for building and sustaining healthy relationships through modeling and demonstrating positive ways to engage the university and broader community.
-

Aspire To Serve
The Aspire to Serve initiative is designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of leaders by introducing young people to the diverse career opportunities within the law enforcement industry. The program works to break down barriers, foster trust, and support underrepresented communities, all while assisting law enforcement agencies in addressing critical recruitment needs.
-

ACTION & Awareness Forums
Our forums brings students and law enforcement together to have real, honest conversations about trust, understanding, and working together. We help kids from elementary to high school learn practical skills, like how to interact with law enforcement, build relationships, and embrace differences. It’s all about giving young people the tools they need to navigate their world and shape stronger, more unified communities.

Breaking Barriers - Building Teams (B3T)
The B3T initiative is tailored to help members of the Joint Force navigate the complexities of teamwork and collaboration. By facilitating open conversations, B3T empowers participants with skills for smoother communication, stronger cooperation, and more informed decision-making. Through B3T, members gain the tools they need to lead with confidence and work together to achieve mission excellence.
