Laura Holden
President, Operations & Administration, Board Secretary
Laura Schultz Holden serves as the President of Operations & Administration for Dedication To Community (D2C), a national nonprofit dedicated to building trust, safety, and community through equitable public safety and social justice initiatives. As a key member of D2C’s executive leadership team and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Laura oversees all operations, administration, logistics, and program execution across the country. She has been instrumental in guiding the organization’s expansion from its earliest stages to a thriving, national operation recognized for its impact with law enforcement agencies, community organizations, and youth-serving partners.
Since 2009, Laura has also managed operations for D2C’s affiliate entities—The Butler Lappert Williams Firm, PC and Williams Media & Marketing Group, LLC—providing executive-level oversight, strategic planning, contract management, and organizational development. A versatile and strategic operator, she brings more than two decades of experience in high-profile, fast-paced environments to her nonprofit leadership.
Before transitioning into nonprofit work, Laura built a distinguished career in the sports and entertainment industries. She served as a Security Coordinator for the National Football League, supporting six senior security executives and coordinating security operations for major events, including five Super Bowls. Her earlier roles as an Executive Assistant for the Philadelphia Eagles and at the CoreState Spectrum/Philadelphia Flyers placed her at the center of major organizational initiatives—ranging from the construction of sports facilities, to the design of the Eagles’ updated logo and uniforms, to the coordination of production logistics for the 1996 film Jerry Maguire.
Laura attended the State University of New York (SUNY) Empire State College and Nassau Community College where she earned her degree in marketing. Deeply committed to service beyond her professional work, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Northport–East Northport Football Booster Club, volunteered in communications for the Bentley University Football Parent Organization, and is an active member at her church.
She and her husband, Robert, live in East Northport, New York, and are the proud parents of two sons and her beloved dog.
