Jeffrey Fletcher is a retired law enforcement professional with over 30 years of distinguished service across local, state, and federal agencies. He began his career in 1993 with the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services before transitioning to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), where he served in patrol, narcotics, vice, and undercover operations. His work included major drug investigations in partnership with the DEA, FBI, NYPD, and other federal agencies, earning multiple commendations including the CMPD Chief’s Award.

From 2015 to 2023, Fletcher served as a detective and Task Force Officer with the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, investigating federal violations ranging from narcotics and firearms offenses to public corruption and domestic terrorism. He also contributed to crisis negotiation and undercover training programs.

Fletcher holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from South Carolina State University and numerous professional certifications. He currently works as a federal background investigator with Peraton, continuing his commitment to public safety, integrity, and service.
